Power-Com ATS
TYE manufacturing produces a full range of Automatic Transfer Switches
from 100 Amps to 4000 Amps. These units are manufactured using Merlin Gerin
Molded Case Circuit Breakers with face mounted motor mechanism to ensure
long continued service with the advantages of circuit breaker protection as
an integral part of the ATS.
Our Automatic transfer switches are supplied in both Nema 1 (indoor) and
Nema 3R (outdoor) enclosures. These enclosures are manufactured using the
latest CNC technologies. The paint systems consist of a three-stage
phosphatized pretreatment process coupled with a hybrid epoxy-polyester
powder coating system. This gives the unit unsurpassed levels of
environmental protection.
The standard Transfer Switch consist of the following components:
Merlin Gerin molded case circuit breakers
- Mechanical interlocking of circuit breakers
- Electrical interlocking of operating systems
- Solid state voltage sensing relays
- Solid state source change over controller.
The source-changeover controller is available in two options. These are
the BA and the UA. The options available with these are:
UA Controller (used with emergency backup generator)
